I think what you should aim towards is getting a software with the easiest learning curve. U say you haven't done research, but i think you really should as its all so easily available online, youtube etc.
Newmusic11, the hardware you have mentioned, macbook, hard drive, mic, apogee interface and keyboard are ALL compatible with the leading softwares, so they shouldnt really be part of ur decision to choose the software.
